Which Road Bike for a newbie?

Good afternoon all, its my first post and I would like advice on which of the following road bikes to go for? I am looking to do 3/4 rides a week of about 25 miles no commuting and have a budget of about 5-600 pounds or cheaper! I have seen the following three which are all discounted to bring them into my price range but I am not overly familiar with the makes so any advice would be much appreciated.

I have the Bianchi Via Nirone and I get along with it just fine. The downside is that it only has sora gearing - tiagra would be better as it gives a smoother gear change - but if you're not too fussed about that then a Bianchi would be OK imo
