Which oil do you use on your nipples?

I used 3 in 1 from a spray can and it worked fine. The wheel's now as true as it ever will be as the rim's no longer quite flat.

Only issue was that I got some 3in1 on the braking surface and for a while it made a dreadful shrieking noise when applied.
