You're crossing the line from justifiable skepticism into jaded cynicism.

I see no reason to be suspicious of Voeckler. Quite the opposite, in fact.

The only reason is that he's a pro cyclist, true, but all I'm doing is limiting my endorsement until we've more hindsight.

They have all given the sport a lift but Boonen is the one of those listed that I enjoyed watching.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed Voeckler but he certainly knew how to attack when the tv cameras were around. But of those three it's got to be Contador I'll miss the most.

as already mentioned , I will miss all three for different reasons, Tommy Voeckler was one of my favourite riders even though I don't think he ever lived up to his potential,love hjm or hate him bertie knew how to put up a fight right up to the line, Boonen will be missed in the classics, as @HLaB already said I too miss spartacus

Will be interesting to see how he gets on in the world of Ironman.

Cameron Wurf set record bike split in Kona this year, it'll be good to see how an even better cyclist gets on.

I'm not sure I'll "miss" any of them, although all of them have played a part in my enjoyment/despair over the years.

Other retirees of note include Farrar and Quinziato, both of whom added to the peloton.

The world of pro cycling moves on and new riders come through.
