Personal choice. You have to remember that the M2B is just one ride, the bike you choose will have to fit whatever is your normal type of riding. You'll be amazed at the variety of bikes on the M2B, you'll see everything from weight weenie road bikes, full susser mtb's, hybrids, BSO's, (bicycle shaped objects), to unicycles. So really any bike will do, but then you have to live with afterwards, so it's imperative it suits your day to day/week to week requirements :thumbsup:

i would go for one that you enjoy riding , one that you can afford , one you like and one that the wife or what ever lets you have and that way you get 3 bikes !!
 
There's another YouTube vid that shows a guy mounting and dis-mounting it. Makes it seem really easy, convinced I'd be eating the pavement though if I tried it!
I saw it on the M2B a couple of years ago, freakin' glad I was riding that into the wind at St Annes!
