I bought this as a temp bike until i get the bike i really want and its good enough where it can get me from A to B and not that big of a loss if stolen since it was cheaper than a $500 to $3000 bike. I do not know what year it was but i suspect its either a 1999 or a 2000 GT Outpost as it looks similar to those in photos. Here are the stats:
