Which bike is better ?

Decided not to go with it. The giant bike I linked was the only one that had what I wanted. Under £600 with full tiagra groupset. But they don't hav my size anymore
I will continue to wait for some sort of discount

As Vickster says them Promax brakes are a bit crap;also B-Twins don't seem to age very well if the ones we get in for repairs are anything to go by.

Just because they are small doesn't mean they are reliable ;we've seen some rubbish done by supposed 'big' dealers,'cough' Specialized store 'cough'.

They’re a well established LBS I believe. Call them, see what you think, they were very helpful when a friend spoke to them last year.
In business since 1982 so must be doing something right.

Giant from Ash. Lifetime frame warranty and probably much better resale due to recognisable brand

I don’t recall any mentions/ reviews on here of that one. There are 3 on the merlin website though

I bought a Giant from Ash about 5 years ago, first class service, good price and quick delivery. They also answer the phone and give sound advice. Highly recommended by me.
