Where to get replacement magnet for Tacx iMagic?

Hi all,

I have managed to lose the cadence magnet for mounting on the crank for my bike when using the imagic turbo trainer.

I recently bought a new magnet from wiggle, however this doesnt seem to work with the turbo trainer (this was a general tacx part).

Does anyone know where i can get a specific imagic magnet from?

I don't see why the magnet you brought doesn't work. There's nothing special about the i-maigc magnet.

if the magnet is correct then the sensor must be damaged, i guess ill have to purchase another one of these

The magnet you've brought might be too weak.
More than likely a damaged cable/sensor though

ive checked the positioning etc. and everything seems ok, really not sure why it refuses to work.

Ill go and order a new sensor now

Just a thought on the positioning of the magnet. With my computer, if the magnet passes by the center of the sensor, it won't work. It must be positioned to pass either by the top, or bottom of the sensor.
