Usually about the same too. I feel good about hills. For my cross country running, we do a lot of training for running hills - sprinting up them (about a minute usually), then jogging gently down and doing it again. We usually do about 10, and it hurts like nothing else. The idea is the build confidence so in races you feel you can easy attack a hill I guess.. anyway, that gets transferred over to me on the bike too - I will always find more energy for a hill!
