My birthday is on the thirteenth, the decorations go up the Friday or Saturday before, this year my birthday is on a Thursday, the weekend before is the 8 th.

I try to resist putting it up until Christmas Eve but if Maz's daughter/granddaughters/great-grandsons are visiting before then it sometimes goes up a few days earlier for them although some years they come up from Wiltshire between Chriggy and New Year

When Mrs 73 say's so and none of this coordinated stuff a right mix of decs from over the years. Mother outlaw has coloured coordinated all red the next year all gold and then back to red. Don't see point it's a home not a shopping centre. Come down around the 6th Jan.

There are 12 days of Christmas, and none of them fall prior to the 25th December.
