6ft, 12.5 stone...way too skinny for me

I am 6' 1" and down to just over 12 stone but still have 2" of flab round my waist! I think I would need to be more like 11.5 stone before I would call myself slim, let alone 'skinny'. I'm a medium build, and by no stretch of the imagination a bag of bones ...

I could probably have developed that kind of physique when I was younger but I have never liked that kind of look. I would settle for looking something like a 25-years older version of Cancellara by losing 10 pounds of fat and putting on 14 pounds of muscle ...
