When are Lidl/Aldi bike weeks?

Can anyone remember roughly when Aldi & Lidl do their once-ayear week of selling bike stuff? Have they had them already? I need a few bits, and don't mind waiting if I can get them at Aldi or Lidl.

Both do it twice a year.

Both have done their first event recently - Lidl were last wek, I think - summer gear.

Both do their second event in August - September - winter clobber

Grr, sod's law that I've just missed them. I might pop into Lidl on the way back and see if they have anything left. Thanks for the suggestion.

Popped into Aldi earlier, although theirs was 2 weeks ago, still have a fair bit of stuff, picked up a couple of inner tubes.

When I was in Lidl yesterday they did still have the odd bits lying around .. mainly the repair kits.
Sadly out of money awaiting cycle repair so perhaps next year around for me.

Lidl also had a rather wider selection in their other sale back in March, I picked up £40 worth of stuff in one night and just managed to fit in my 15 litre saddlebag for the 7 mile trip home!

Just popped into Lidl and got their cycling glasses. I think they're pretty good for the price and they can replace my old Aldi ones that are now scratched to buggery.

I couldn't decide whether to get the £25 toolkit or not. Has anyone here bought it? What's the quality like?

I picked up the tool kit last week, not used it yet, and to be honest, have some of the bits already, but a sucker for a "bargain". Have had a good look through all the parts in the kit, and most appear to be of a fairly decent quality, time will tell when I start using them.
