Wheel bearing cups worn

I've stripped down the bearings in the front wheel of my Merida Race Lite 900 (2013). The bearings, cone and cup are worn, I can find replacement cones and bearings but not cups. The hub has no branding and the bike spec just states alloy qr. The wheel is an Alexrims R450 Black/NR. My question is are cups available or is the hub now scrap?

Scrap I am afraid. Could be re-built with a new hub, but a replacement wheel may be a similar price.

What do you mean by worn? If there's a nice clean track worn in the cup, stop worrying and just reassemle with new bearings.

If the cups are badly rusted or "brindled" i.e. pitted, they are worn out. I would be surprised if that was the case on a 2013 bike.

Run the tip of a ball point pen round the cup surface where the bearings run, you'll feel any roughness.
