German Raleigh/Carlton, just a guess based on the D frame prefix ?

The frame numbers were so random during the "crespera" period (68-72?) that the D could mean anything (or nothing)

And I think Gazelle made some frames with crespera lugs, that could be a reason why the brakes are arse backward
