Some of those cheap and cheerful panniers from SJS - I got 2 pairs - with the intention of mounting front and back. Have only presented them to the bike but will give them a shake down ride in the next day or two.

Going to order a set for the to be built Trek hybrid(and a bigger chainring for the Graham Weigh) which will be a shopper/hack bike as we will be car-less soon so 'big' shops will be done on two wheels soon.
