A pair of Pirelli tyres *- I ordered the wrong colour but will keep them and have ordered the right colour.

A chain and two inner tubes for the Dawes Kingpin.

And some VGA cables plus a splitter box in an attempt to bypass the Chromecast drop-outs we keep getting on Zwift.

A Samsung Fit 128GB flash drive. Very smal and very fast. It's now the main storage in the otherwise poorly-equipped Asus TP200SA netbook I've recently been handed down. Additionally, a USB-C to USB-A converter so I retain connectivity.

Two new Hutchison Fusion 5 performance TLR tyres tyres plus Muc-off tubeless kit and a set of puncture plugs (all ordered from Merlin late Saturday night).

Unfortunately, I can't get the rear tyre to seat with my track pump - frustrating as the front seated quite easily. Popped in to my local Halfords (I don't have a "proper" LBS) about 7:40 to see if they could help. The tech there said he has a pump that should do it, but it was locked in the storeroom, and the other tech had gone home with the key. Can I come back tomorrow!

I'll pop over there lunchtime, see what he can do.

Two more Pirelli tyres, in almost the correct colour this time. And some tyre levers. Plus a 14 tooth track sprocket as we're short of them; we're both using 14T at the moment.

And @Daninplymouth we've been using Squirt this summer: all good.

Hmm. They tried to seat it with their big pump. It seated, but air was still hissing out. They thought the tyre had a hole

But when I looked more closely this evening, it was one point where it wasn't quite seated, although it could now be pumped up, but went down in under a minute.

After a bit of fiddling around with it, I got it to the point where it would last a little longer. I thought it worth putting in the sealant, and after several goes at pumping back up, riding a couple of minutes, then pumping again, it finally seems to be holding air. I expect it will need pumping up a couple more times in the next day or two, but it looks like it is going to be Ok.

Some nice Alpkit bike packing bags.

A temporary password for my NS&I account. I made the mistake of trying to log into my account at 03:30 one night last week when I was too tired to remember the answers to my security questions so I got locked out of it and my existing password was cancelled!

I now have a book with all my logins, passwords, secret answers etc for just this eventually. There are just too many accounts etc to even attempt to recall them.

Obviously the downside is if Johnny Criminal breaks into our house and finds the book we are stuffed!!
