Whats the difference between a Defy & a TCR1 ?

defy more upright and for longer rides , i think...but i read a review on the tcr somewhere saying it was also a great all rounder..... i got confused and went for a specialized anyway

Yes, the Defy is more upright though the TCR can be made more upright. I've ridden both as well and ended up with the TCR.

I would imagine the TCR to be stiffer and the Defy to perhaps have more give on rough asphalt?

Although this is sheer speculation, I'd have to look more at them.
