Yes they are magenta accents not pink.Nice, and I like the magenta accents.
It could be cartridge bearings in the headset or, a cartridge damper in the fork. What type of fork is it? Preferably a photo of the top adjustment area too please.Yes they are magenta accents not pink.
What is the label that says cartridge system inside all about its marked on top of the steering head.![]()
I don't know to be honest......It's up high already by the looks of it, maybe by changing the stem for a higher angle type if that's at all possible? Although yours looks like it's high already. How do you raise the handlebars i need them a bit higher
I did a google and found that the only adjustment is be moving spacers up or down.I don't know to be honest......It's up high already by the looks of it, maybe by changing the stem for a higher angle type if that's at all possible? Although yours looks like it's high already.
You sure it's the bike? The main difference between my and Mrs S's mountain bikes is that, when forced out on a ride, Mrs S's bike emits high pitched whining noises whenever an upward incline is reached.
No, to raise them , you keep the headset and buy a new set of forks, plus some spacers. The new forks will hopefully have a long steerer, resulting in higher handlebar. Or get a stem with more rise.I did a google and found that the only adjustment is be moving spacers up or down.
As all my spacers are at the bottom of the headset mine is at the highest setting having had a few rides out now i have actually found it to be o/k.
Just as well as i would need to buy a taller headset to raise them.
