I actually found a whole oxtail once (well, just the bony bits), in an archaeological assemblage I was recording. Normally all you get are broken up dis-articulated bits, so it was fun to lay it all out in order.

I had a free lunch today
There was no menu to choose from, just take it or leave it. I've never had a plate in front of me with so many thick slices of pork. I think they must have been trying to clear their stocks or something.
