When I'm on my own I always like to do something spicy as Mrs. KH can't abide curries. Very tempted to say just stuff it and get a takeaway tho'. However from a moral perspective, I view getting a takeaway in the early part of the week in much the same way as someone having a snifter before 12.00 am. You shouldn't really.

Mmm pasta and a nice spicy sauce might just be the ticket!

Lasagne is a good shout but takes too long. Unless I just buy a Tesco finest one and be lazy

I'm having a minced beef and onion slice, mash and carrots and gravy.

Last night I was a bit more elaborate, I had leftover chilli (I'd had it with rice the night before), nachos with melted cheese, a mini garlic baguette and salad. The mini baguette was reduced in Morrisons (29p) and the nachos were Sainsburys basics - 17p!

Tonight the missus is cooking a roast dinner.

When I'm left to my own devices, invariably I go for a take-away. If I was you I'd go for chinese (chrispy chilli beef, chicken curry and chicken chow mein).
