I occasionally have a look at bike radar but i find it less mature than the general levels of politeness and help we get here .
I frequent both, but the BR Road section has fewer and shorter debates on helmets and RLJ, which might be plus or minus point, depending on your point of view. Both seem to have the regular quota of loons who are immune to persuasive logical argument, but that's obviously a prerequisite of any online forum.

If I were to split infinitives and to wildly generalise, I'd say that BR has a higher proportion of serious road/club/racing posters, and CC a higher proportion of commuters and helmet camera enthusiasts, and that there's education and entertainment to be had from both sites. (I expect someone to post statistics to disprove my hunch, otherwise known as a 'fact' on forums.)

My standout thread of the past few months from BR has been this one on leg strength (all the hallmarks of a great thread: apparently innocent OP, several well-informed but 'direct' contributors, one comedy "I don't care what anyone says, I'm right" poster, etc.), but at the end, if you had read carefully, there's a pile of good stuff in the thread, plus a microcosm of typical online behaviour. CC-wise at the moment, the Doubling Up On Road thread is entertaining, though lacking maybe the contentious aspect of detailed statistics (c'mon Red Light - must do better) that are integral to CC's best threads.
