What would you do with £35 million?

According to today's Telegraph Sports section, this is the sum that DB (Deutsche Bahnhof? or Davina Bacall?) is going to spend in the first year on Team Sky's bid for a TdF winner within 5 years.

I for one am looking forward to seeing what will happen in the coming years; but as a pessimist I feel Dave has a mountain to climb - a HC mountain!
What would you spend the £35m on?

I would put it in the bank, even at 1% interest I would get £350k per quater. So that is about £115k per month.
Then out of that I would buy:
£1 - pack of 4 mars bars
£10k - custom trek madone (Road)
£10k - custom trek madone (Time Trial)
£2k - cool looking pointy helmet
£1k - Virtual Reality Turbo Trainer

And then 9,199,900 penny chews.
