Looks very similar to The Bodybuilder By Peter Howson that Jackie Leven used as the cover art on his album Fairy Tales For Hard Men but that is a profile of the face, technique looks very similar though

aye... it's a shame though. My parents always told me to beware of strangers, but my Nana said a stranger may be a friend you just haven't met yet. Then again, she was also my childhood source of rude jokes and flicked the Vs at us when we waved goodbye.
