Not sure on bike, but using same measuring methods as previous years, I managed a pathetic (due to foot/knee problems in the winter/spring) only 863 miles running

(best running year was 1,768 miles)

Yes, I'm hoping that the start to 2018 is better than the start to 2017, in 2017 I didn't ride for the first three weeks of the year, now I'm looking at Tuesday for a possible first ride, depending on weather and how my Good Lady feels.

Its pants when that happens, I missed a month at the end of 2016 after having a minor heart attack at the beginning of November, I wanted to start riding a week after having the stent fitted but the doctors said no.

Final score 5706, slightly down on last year. Hopefully get that up a bit in 2018. Though not by commuting....
