Stop posting and get yer finger out then! 5 stormy winter days to cover 408 miles isn't going to be easy. Me, I have given up with 250 to go .

For the 7 months I was riding plus a bit of recovery in Nov/Dec I managed a rather sad 990 miles. Roll on 2014 and aiming for my first metric century...

Was supposed to be around 5000km but january went tits up and well never really recovered

1799 so far, well under target. But I have swum 12,000 x 25m lengths and run 86 miles. I see that six years ago I cycled more than twice as far and ran more than four times as far - yes, looks like downhill all the way from here.

3226 miles for me.

Normally I would be disappointed, but at the start of the year I was recovering from a Brain Haemorrhage, and in the last 12 months have undergone 3 operations including a craniotomy.
So I have to be extremely happy with the total. Heres hoping for a trouble free 2014!

I don't think "extremely happy" quite covers it, unless you're putting in a last minute entry for the 2013 Understatement of the Year Awards?
