What Tyres - Pothole damage.

So I had some new skinny tyres in September (27s from 37s) on my hybrid.

Anyway Friday I have hit a pothole and the tyre is now a bit deformed (Had the wheel checked but luckily it's undamaged)

This was a different LBS to the one that sold me the tyre and suggested I go back to 37 tyres on my hybrid as they are more robust.

I have found the the skinny tyres to be a much faster ride though so don't want to ditch these and the LBS I had them from said they should be fine.

So I need/want some skinny 27's tyres with excellent puncture resistant.

I'd look on All Terrain Cyles for some Bontrager Hardcases of some description for that money. I like Hardcase lites in 25's - good fairly resistant affordable all year round tyres for my wallet.

Wouldn't get M+ if you want something that doesn't feel sluggish and clunky. They are fairly indestructable and although the rolling resistance numbers are quoted good they feel so slow.
