That sounds like a rehash of the excellent C4 series 'Misfits' thought that was a more teenage/YA audience. I'll have to give this a go

There are a lot of similarities (to say the least),
but a more serious tone to the black comedy of Misfits, which I also enjoyed

Misfits I've started and failed to finish 2 or 3 times, it does have a drop off in quality as more of the original cast left.

I don't particularly remember many cast members leaving, apart from the various murdered social workers of course!

Watched the first episode of The Day of The Jackal on Sky last night. Very Bond-esque even down to having the old new 007 as an MI6 agent.

I think that's the one Disney filmed but then shelved. Glad Amazon picked it up but I believe it's just the one series. Who doesn't love Captain Nemo?

We watched "SAFE" - starring the chap from Dexter. It started out very well but towards the end it became much more reliant on back-stories than the actual plot in hand. 7/10

Got a bit of time on my hands at the moment so just finished watching Sunny on Apple tv.

It's based in Japan, where an American wife looses her husband and family in a plane crash, but slowly discovers that her husband wasn't the refrigeration engineer she thought, and he has left her with a personal robot, Sunny.

Fairly steady pace, but I really enjoyed it

No it's filmed in England and set in England

Until I Kill You - I'm not usually a huge fan of Anna Maxwell Martin, but she was superb in this, as was Shaun Evans. The documentary that followed (it was based on a true story) was fascinating too.
