Unforgotten is back. Enjoyed the first episode but wish they'd tone down the 'soap opera' subplot.

Tonight on BBC 2 my pal Jess, aka Tourettes Hero has a show at 10.45 called Me, My Mouth and I, which is all about her staging a neuro diverse production of Beckett's "Not I".

Unforgotten has made a typically understated return, but I'm hooked already. Nicola Walker must be one of the finest actors on the box at the moment.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, I'm also enjoying S.W.A.T. on Sky / Now TV, a remake of the classic 1975 series and as a result the current holder of best theme tune on a show. A worthy filler of the traditional Hawaii 5-0 slot.

Gotham remains far better than it's slot tucked away on E4 might have you believe.
Sadly, it's channel mate The 100 appears to have jumped the shark with a series too far. It's always had plot holes you could drive a truck through, and they've never answered the question of where all the new clothes and cosmetics are coming from, but they seem to have forgotten what made the show watchable.

Currently on season 2 of “Suits” and enjoying it a lot. Only thing is I can’t get the theme music out of my head.

Tuesdays Gotham last night, with a very interesting opening sequence

An Arkham breakout by Jerome Valeska, Jarvis Tetch, & Jonathon Crane...…………………[
It's been a great series, but sadly series five will be the last  ...I'd hoped this would run and run and one day supersede those bog-awful films.

I recently started watching Killing Eve a BBC America prod. Really really REALLY enjoying it. Written by Phoebe Waller Bridge, the girl what wrote and starred in Fleabag. BBC America sure makes some weird shoot (Orphan Black, I'm looking at you)!

Just noticed there's a 3rd series of Lucky Man. Couldn't remember if it was any good or not, so searched this thread to find out...

I'll be giving it a miss then

To be fair, the new series has got off to a far better start than the previous one - worth a look?

Also watching Our Guy In Russia, another cracking travelogue from Lincolnshire's top HGV mechanic.
