What to do/any resources

Didn't plan on running, it's torture.

Had a second look at what amergerangas comments, I've drawn up a timetable. Mainly consisting of hill repeats and intervals. With atleast one endurance ride a week. I've got about 30 weeks until the race I want to peak for, and when it gets a bit lighter, I can increase the hours as when I get home from college atm, it's dark, and I'm not riding in the dark at rush hour, too much stopping and starting for my liking.

Tomorrow I'm doing hill repeats/sprints. Investigating heart rate zones etc.
