The thing they call Tier 3 has been imposed on the whole of the east (true Lancashire! Which means cloth caps,whippets and working down t'pit and in t'mill) of Lancashire.🧐

I feel really sorry for all the people employed in pubs/restaurants and hotels etc at the moment. Its dreadful when they might not be able to pay their bills etc.
