What size tube?

I'm just buying a few bits to prep for a sportive, however I've come to buy a couple of innertubes and realised I don't know what size I actually need. I suspect it's a 700c, but not certain and width, I've got no idea. I know it's a presta valve however. Ha. I have a Carrera Virtuoso Race Ltd road bike. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

That will be 700c. It is the width you will need to check. Probably either a 700x23 or 700x25 on that bike I would think. Can you still read the writing on the side of the tyre and it will tell you what size it is. The tubes usually come with something like 700 x 20/28C in the description which would cover your width of tyre.

Thanks, I rang Halfords, it's a 700x23. I stupidly didn't think to check the tyre wall! DUH!
