Hi all.

As thread title really. Comfortable changing tyres, inner tubes etc. Also fairly comfortable changing brake pads and minor brake adjustments.

What should I be learning next?

I'm thinking chain and cassette replacement as I seem to get through those fairly quickly, any other thoughts?

Complete strip and service a dual air spring suspension fork. Once you've done that there's nothing left to worry about. All you need is a YouTube video and the right tools.

Seriously though, cables are a good next step. Depending on the type, the routing and so on, it's all a matter of logic and patience. Very satisfying when you feel the crisp shift of new cables.

Take an old bike from a skip and take it to bits and then rebuild it. You'll learn loads.
