I did a mean 3 legged race around the same time. The potential was evident, even then.An egg and spoon maestro eh? No need to brag
I don't think I've ever won anything of a sporting nature. I seem to recall coming third in the backstroke at a the school swimming champs. That will have to do. Although perhaps my memory is playing tricks with me. It may have inflated "not last" to "third".
