2. Do they spend as much time carefully cleaning stuff before reassembling as I do?

2. what brands have a known design flaw resulting in frequent repairs
3. what are the common home made repair jobs that have to be undone by a proper bike mechanic
4. what type of occupational group of customer that give him the most lips and half baked knowledge - is it the school teachers, engineers, the businessmen, doctors, etc
5. what type of customers haggle over price excessively or poor paymasters.
