I'm having real problems finding the English names for these saws,

I think "saw" is the actual machine, while you are now wanting the name of the blades (of the saw)
English as a third language here, so I could be wrong

4 is a triple chip cut blade for mfc & veneered boards, very fine cut with low breakout/chips on the board surface.

4 looks to have a slightly positive rake which is not ideal for 'fine' cutting - for really fine cutting you need negative rake
