They did offer to sort the problems out, but it was in every week, for something different, worst bike I ever owned

Thing developed phantom shifting which you could never replicate in front of a supplier. Used to torment me greatly
Used to commute on it with a route that included a canal towpath and the general reaction I got from other cyclists about taking a dogma down a towpath could not have been any worse if I was throwing bags of puppies in the canal.

I have never bought a Friday afternoon bike, so i wouldn't know. I just found the Sirrus utterly boring and uninspiring, no technical issues

I only ride through pot holes on the road not on paths and I only kerb hop if I need to skip traiffic.
