An M6 caphead screw will use a 5mm allen key. An M8 caphead screw will use a 6mm allen key and M10 will use 8mm. (those are all ISO sizes)

According to the specs on Evans, the specialized sirrus sport 2014 has "Bottom Bracket: Cartridge bearings, square spindle, capless bolts".
So you'll need either a 6mm or an 8mm (usually) allen key for the crank bolts, a crank extractor, a BB spline tool, and a big spanner to work the BB tool with.
