Some NukeProof lock on grips. Nothing too amazing. A lot of standard NukeProof stuff on these Vitus MTB’s; inc the original Black grips..…..all I’ve been doing is adding some bits of Blue colour as it’s all a bit dour looking. So pretty much swapped like-for-like. Just seems solid quality, no nonsense stuff at sensible prices…..

Bought too much. A bike, gravel tyres and tubes, bar tape, gear and brake cables, two bottle cages, new canti brake pads and a bell.

A stupidly expensive bell. But i get the employee discount and it is very pretty and loud enough to warrant the cost...

Those bells are very nice, I have one and it’s been great. People seem to hear it’s tone better than the much bigger Lion bell works on the other bike. That spur one is tiny! My ways in and out of town are along shared paths so they get well used.

Steam powered 'ere !

It'll never replace the horse...

Carbon fibre... LMAO!!!
Well after selling nearly every part from the wayfarer I've managed to get enough pennies for a new battery and a ridiculously overpriced adapter so the motor can fit into the new bikes stupid hollowcrap bottom bracket. And a new tool to remove the stupid hollowcrap bb and a new speed sensor for the motor.
Jeez this cycling business is expensive.

A new BB for the summer bike- after owning the bike for 7 years, it finally needed replacing. I spent about 30 minutes with a mallet whacking it out, and 5 or so minutes replacing it.
Gravel bike went in for a service today, as well as some upgrades (new tyres I didn't have time to fit myself and a dropper post).

I've got a Rock Bros version of the bell, works as well for about a tenth of the price of the Spur.

Some stealth biking shoes that look like regular shoes, plus Shimano M520 clipless pedals.

The double-sided SPD pedals will replace the EH500 platform/SPD combo on at present, which are kind of awkward with either usage, imo.

And because I can't get my hitch out to put my hitch rack in (helpful hint: always check that your towing hitch will actually come out before ordering a hitch rack), I also got a Yakima HighRoad roof rack module. Now I suppose that I will need to order a loading dock, to stand on while I load my bicycle onto my roof rack...

Hopefully everything will click!

Edit: 'stealth' was my own term, before I just now noticed it printed on the bottom of the shoe! Now I'm worried. Good thing I didn't go into advertising - I might have gotten ahead.
