What frame is this??

27.2 is the 531 size as a rule of thumb. No eyelets on the dropouts. As mentioned above though, the lugs don't look much. Pretty rusty though.

Tange 9E refers to the tubing I suspect. From memory Tange made tubesets that were very slightly better than gas-pipe and nowhere near as good as basic Reynolds. Possibly Cro-Mo.

@Hugh Manatee. The 27.2 is a bit of a guess. It could be 26.6 - 27.8mm, I can't measure exactly.

27.2 is is not limited to 531 tubing. Many other tubesets, reynolds or otherwise, also use it.
