Yeurgghh ! Put your 'Y' fronts on yer' head, then I can un see that eye!

Hope that wasn't a minor disagreement with Mrs.D , and you forgot to duck the incoming Rolling pin?

Yikes 👀
I hope you have sought medical checks, & improvement continues 🤞

Yep, been up the Doctors and the hossy. It's possible I've suffered a very minor stroke, but there are less scary explanations. However, it did come on suddenly, my eye went from all white to all red in a few minutes, and I did feel out of sorts on Tuesday morning, so who really knows?

Tablets, rest, and more medical poking and prodding are in my near future.

So just a medical episode, rather than a physical intervention from Mrs. D.
That's a relief, but all the same a worry?

If we're talking cycling, I'd like some new chainrings, cassette and chain, brake calipers and all new cables. And the HT2 bottom bracket is at least 6 years old and had a hard history of commuting so it's bound to be worn (plus I only ever tightened the drive side hand-tight).
I don't like the paint colour, the frame has corrosion, and there's more corrosion where the dropouts are bonded to the carbon forks.

Oh, and the wheel rims are massively worn.

I'd like a new bike for Christmas

Judging your grammar
I love my left handed scissors. I keep them hidden too!
Idiots (right handers) think they're OK for cutting staples and so on.

What usually happens to mine is that a right-hander picks them up and tries to use them:
”Durr! These don’t work!!” and they get thrown in the bin, despite being clearly marked “Property of Bunny”

For us right handed folk , watching you Lefties in our normal world can be highly entertaining but then , when we have to use our lefts ,we are up the creek!
