Is it me or do those bars look to be on the piss? Mind you with the height of that stem they're probably about to fall out, should be ok with the stem lowered to a safe height!

Get it. Try it out. If it's too big then resell it, if it's too small, adapt it, because it's a nice bike and definitely worth it

They do a bit, but the photographs are pretty rubbish- as they have to be to comply with eBay regulations.

Thankyou, Its nice to have a bit of encouragement. I am going to take the plunge. I have a feeling that the seller may very well be measuring up to the bottom of the seat bracket itself. That seat post is definately extended a good 6 inches.
If his measurements were correct then it would mean that the former owner was about 7 feet tall. I don't think so.

I think it's a 23" frame, you can kind of tell from the head tube

Exactly what I was going to post, looks about a 23" to me

(though any measurements from just looking at a picture are far from accurate of course)
