^^^^ this - I know a rider whose phone seriously damaged his back in an off, and almost put an end to his cycling.......... I then leave out anything that will hurt/dig in. I don't fall off very often and definitely wouldn't want any thing doing unnecessary damage to my delicate person!

After 60 miles or so it's beautifully tender, and succulently marinaded.
