Put it off, don't feel like a fight. Cycled to the Royal Mail to collect a parcel. They are only open from 0800 to 1000! Customer centric?
Yes, O2 look good, allow roaming in Europe. That has value for me.

Shame I've been with 3 since we came back to UK. Their deal is useless without Euro roaming

That's fair - seems everything is a bloody battle now, with scumbag companies leveraging hours on the phone and ever-more-convoluted routes to "customer service" to neuter their customers' ability to defend themselves against increasingly rampant exploitation.

The one thing this drives into me time and again is to simply opt out of all this pointless modern world crap where at all possible (I know, easier said than done in many cases). Life's too short to be constantly spending hours on the phone pleading your case to some uncaring, powerless, vacuous muppet when some vile corporation has comprehensively, systematically f'd you in the a, pretty much with impunity.

just got back from taking mini ck 2 trick or treating , started off walking but within 10 mins it was pishing it down so went back for the car .Initially the cat had followed us down the road as we walked but i assumed it would come back on its own .
Nope !
just had to walk down the road again and find a very soggy moggy who had decided not to move even thoug you can literally see our house a 2 min walk up the road
