I feel like my spine is being ripped out and they told me I haven't suffered long enough so cancelled the appointment when I was stood at the door ready to go in.

Done with no fuss. I had a referral from GP

Seems weird. The walk in X-ray department made no clinical judgement, just did as requested on form from GP?

GP referred me. X ray told me to go away when I arrived for appointment due to this new rule. Told GP, who doesn't seem in a hurry to do anything now.
Bloods came back saying I didn't have cancer, so I think I'm classed as non-urgent now.
I'm still working (even though sometimes I'm falling asleep at the desk or leaning on it in pain), but like any UK worker don't have a right to a GP appointment in work's time (unless I'm a director or family).
