Maz has ordered a new (Vinyl) copy of "Made In Japan", it's currently sat in WH Smiths waiting to be collected, I used to have it back in the 70s but it either went 'walkabout' or I may have sold it in the 90s when I was a bit skint.

can't wait to hear this through my HiFi again

I had it back in the 70s but it went AWOL at some point, Maz got back in touch with her Brother after a 20 odd year gap of just sending Chriggy cards to each other a couple of years back. Apparently his son had been Glenn Hughes manager but had 'retired' however Glenn is back out playing with 'Black Country Communion' and Carl Swann is back as his manager.

I know this album predates Glenn playing in Deep Purple but when Maz asked me "What's the best album by Deep Purple" I said this was.

Oh and BTW 'Black Country Communion' are playing soon out Birmingham/Dudley way somewhere and Maz is getting a lift out there with a VIP backstage pass, sadly there's no room for me in the car but at least she will get to meet Glenn and Joe Bonnamassa, not sure who's playing drums but it may be Jason.
