Yes my eclectic taste in music halts @ UB40!
Plastic Reggae.

Mind you watching the programmes tonight reminded me what a great band Spandau Ballet were, I played the first album Journeys to Glory endlessly. Then they turned up on TOTP in shiny suits and played True. FFS, that was the end of that.

Shown by statistics, music-wise, no other city in the UK comes even close to Liverpool in terms of success. The nearest place - success wise - actually doesn't count as it's Dublin so not in the UK. This isn't to do with what you like or why you like it, it's purely success in sales/chart positions and next on the list, though a looooong way behind, is...Cardiff! So if it's GOOD music you're looking for, you should look to Britain's very own Nashville as you've got to be on top of your game if you're looking to make it in Liverpool. And that's exemplified by this truly excellent song! It's Shack with 'Cup of tea.'
