Slayer - Reign In Blood.

Half an hour of sonic brutality and genius. Probably my favourite of the iconic thrash albums from over the pond.

Always played at 11 for maximum impact.

I'm trying to fill in the gaps in my collection of Delerium CDs. So far, I have 11 out of 13. Right now, I'm using my iPod at work to listen to this one, bought recently and received late last week:

I've also put this one on my iPod. It was in my letterbox when I returned home from work yesterday. In case you have trouble reading the title, it's Spiritual Archives.

These two, and two before them by the same artist, I had to buy online through Amazon. It's just impossible to find CDs by Delerium in your typical music store, because all they know is what's popular. The age of music specalists (you know: the guy at a local music store who knew the most obscure facts about obscure artists?) seems to have passed. I won't say what these CDs cost me on Amazon, but they weren't cheap. It's worth it to me, though, because they're a good band.

Probably every discerning thrash fans favourite album. It has yet to be beaten for sheer intensity and brutality.

The new Mumford & Sons album (Wilder Mind). I really liked the 1st album, but have found the others to basically be the same sound and songs just played in a different order, or so it sounded..........until the new album which I am loving! Gone are the strings and been replaced by guitar and a really bassy sound which is great
