where do you buy spare tubes and tyres?
Yeah, fantastic looking thing, isn't it??
Unfortunately it is from Bologna Bikes in Brooklyn (which as far as I can tell appears to be little more than someone's Garage unless I'm missing something)(a lot of 36 Inchers seem to be from the U.S. although Kaos is in Australia), so I guess a trip to The Big Apple would be in order (although I suppose they could just post it).
Sod New York. You can get one built in old York:

My mate Dylan, (@spandex on here, but not sure he's around here any more) builds them. I haven't ridden one, but NT has, says it's a super smooth ride, just swallows bumps - you just have to think ahead on turns, because the wheels are giant gyroscopes and it tends to want to stay upright.
They are certainly eye catching, and very cool!
I miss cyclemagic as well, had about 5 frames from there including my 653 TT frame and my 531 Worksop Raleigh. BTW I've never sold any of the frames I had from them, just built them into cycles which I still own apart from the 21"? (very small) Raleigh Pursuit that I built up for my Nephew.I've not ridden a 36", but if @spandex thinks it's a good idea I'd certainly not argue against.
I've ridden a 36" Penny and quite liked it. I was sorry not to buy one from @Hilldodger when Cyclemagic went down.
I definitely need one for the fleet.
Alongside a fixed, a cross bike, a fat bike, a TT bike, a 'bent and a tandem.
This is where I first came across them (I liked the 36 because it was different, although I have no intention of getting a hipster fixie...... Or a Tattoo any time soon ).

There's a picture on the first link that made me go Probably NSFW lol
Apart from that, love the bike and would love to try one. Seems like could be ideal for some mid speed long riding, just roll along?
And a Penny, you forgot the Penny!!
