well the other day four lads in a car drove past me and came in close so that one of them could smack my arse. It's happened before but these idiots used some kind of book to do it (like an A4 size black book) so i decided enough is enough and reported them.

kid driving wouldn't say who his mate was, so basically they all got off. apparently they do not consider he was driving without due care or dangerously. Whatever happened to the driver being responsible?
