I knowhurts doesn't it, I think in stones and feet, 6 stone and a foot off my waist - when you hear these people saying things like they need to lose 4/5 lbs or a couple of cm...it makes me chuckle
Not the best time of year to keep going with the diet, I'm more than happy just to stay steady or even accept I'll put a few lbs on over Christmas.the downward trend has started again, 2 more kilos off in last 3 weeks, target now to get under 13 stone for New Year and 11 for the etape.
permission granted. I had the same wake up call around 18 months ago when we tiled the bathroom floor moving away from a carpetRight that was a shock when I put the scales on a wooden board - 19st 4lb

1st Jan- 202lbs or 14st 6lbs.
Will weigh in 1st of each month, target is at least 1 stone off by April then another stone by Dec.
