Weight limit.....UCI regs..

Is this still correct as of today?
I heard that the limit was 13lbs....can't remember where from though and it's bugging me.

Can anyone confirm?

It is 15lbs.

Track bikes as well with nothing on them..... didn't realise that.... easy (with money) for a full blown road bike to get down 15lbs.....
